Software Consultant & Developer, Ann Arbor

Tyler Hoffman

As a new software developer, I was drawn to Atomic Object by the enthusiasm of its developers and its transparency. I’m thrilled to be part of a team dedicated to making quality software the right way.

After getting a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Michigan, I found my true passion was for software development. After learning on my own for a year, I went to Eastern Michigan University, where I earned M.S. in Computer Science. While there, I was a graduate assistant, which gave me the opportunity to teach Intro to Programming for three semesters, allowing me to pass on my passion for Computer Science to students new to programming. Before graduating, I completed two software development internships at GE Capital.

When not at work, I try to spend as much time as I can writing code, hanging out with my dog, and biking around Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti.
