We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help source outstanding talent for our entire organization.

We're passionate about making valuable software. And we're looking for someone equally passionate about finding software makers to continue that legacy.

The Role

As Technical Recruiter at Atomic, you'll develop and execute strategy to source lateral software makers (designers, developers, and delivery leads) across our offices in Chicago, Ann Arbor, and Grand Rapids. You’ll also support our Accelerator Managers in building a diverse talent pipeline for Accelerator program cohorts of recent college graduates. The right candidate will be excited about developing diverse networks of software professionals across our markets.

Atomic is all about quality over quantity. You aren’t here to help us scale our company—but instead build on a 20-year history of disciplined growth. You’ll help us find and place 5-10 fantastic lateral hires a year.

The Team

You’ll be Atomic’s first full-time recruiter, which means you’ll have a strategic role working alongside the company’s leaders to find success. This is an exciting position for an entrepreneurial thinker, but you’ll have the support of a broad set of colleagues.

In an average week, you’ll interface with Atomic’s leaders who will trust you to develop and execute a strategy to source outstanding people with proven technical skills. Atomic’s marketing team will equip you with our brand story, your software maker colleagues will give you rich information on our value proposition as an employer, and our Managing Partners will offer frequent feedback to guide your work.
