Mobile represents a huge new opportunity. The intimacy and ubiquity of mobile computing devices fundamentally change our relationship to technology. At this point in time, very few companies have a mobile strategy, and even fewer of them expect to make money or gain customers from mobile apps. The mobile landscape is changing so quickly it's hard to determine the best way forward.
This talk considered the opportunity and some key dimensions of the problem: platform, market share, integration with web, and mobile application architecture.
