Leading companies understand the value of investing in HCD methods to develop innovative concepts but those concepts can be stalled or significantly diluted during development. IDEO and Atomic Object have been integrating HCD and agile software development methods to ensure a path from concept to launch that preserves the integrity of HCD principles and increases the chances of market success. We will share our approach to project planning and execution as well as lessons learned from helping our clients foster innovation within their current organizational structure. This talk is targeted at business and IT leaders, product development team leaders, product managers, project managers, or practitioners interested in the product development process.
