Abishek Boinpally

I am a Managing Partner at Atomic Object, where I co-lead the Chicago office alongside Jordan Schaenzle. In this role, I am responsible for driving revenue growth, supporting and developing team members, and building long-term client relationships grounded in trust and delivery excellence.

I am passionate about scaling businesses through a combination of organic growth and strategic M&A, with deep experience across the technology, healthcare, and insurance industries. Prior to joining Atomic Object, I served as Head of Sales and Marketing at a technology services firm and was Principal of my own consultancy, where I partnered with enterprise clients ranging from AIG to Berkshire Hathaway. I also co-founded a multi-location private dental practice with my wife, gaining hands-on experience building and operating a growing services business. Earlier in my career, I served as SVP of Finance and Strategy at an insurtech company, where I worked at the intersection of financial planning, strategic execution, and scalable growth.

I credit much of my career development to the influence of my mother, who immigrated from India and raised my sister and me to push boundaries and strive for excellence. I also attribute my growth to the support of my wife of 15 years, the mentorship of Ted Devine, and my academic foundation at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where I earned my MBA. I am also a proud alumnus of Hyderabad Public School, whose graduates include global technology leaders such as Satya Nadella and Ajay Banga.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my family and love taking road trips. I am a proud father of two soon-to-be teenagers and hope to one day build a track car with my son.
