I’ve always been a builder, thinker, and a tinkerer. Oddly enough, I come from a background in welding and carpentry. Fixing things, understanding how they work, and putting them back together are core to my life. A deep rooted curiosity drives me to learn as much as I can, as quickly as I can.
New gadets, video games, music players, and anything technology related has always interested me. However, it wasn’t until after high school that I discovered my deep interest in software engineering. What started as casually tinkering with code soon became a passion for designing and building digital systems with the same hands-on mindset I brought to the workshop and client homes.
I went on to study Computer Science at Western Michigan University, where I deepened my understanding of programming, systems, and problem-solving. I found that software development satisfied the same creative instincts I had as a craftsman with the balance of structure, creativity, and continual learning.
I was drawn to Atomic Object because of the people. Some of the most intelligent, inviting, and hardworking individuals I have ever met work here. I am fueled up when I have such an amazing team to learn and grow from.
Outside of work, you might find me creating a small video game in Godot, playing Old School Runescape, or messing around with robotics or CAD projects. Whether physical or digital, I love bringing ideas to life and exploring how things are built from the ground up.
