Isabella Dearr

I’m the Office Coordinator for the Raleigh-Durham Atomic Object Office where I help make every Atom feel welcomed and taken care of.

I’m a Durham native and have loved experiencing the Triangle through different lenses such as the Arts, Entrepreneurship, and now Tech! After graduating from North Carolina State University with a Business degree, and a minor in Art Entrepreneurship, I went on to be a full time office manager of a coworking space where I planned events for entrepreneurs of all kinds. All the while, I have also been moonlighting as an artist / muralist and have enjoyed hand painting pieces anywhere from 9 inch shoes for the local beloved 321 Coffee, to a 2,250 square foot dinosaur wall for GrepBeat.

In 2026, I was honored to be named one of GrepBeat’s “Rising Stars” which highlights ecosystem builders who support tech startup communities around North Carolina. Community is important to me and so is being passionate about what you do. That’s what drew me to entrepreneurs and what brought me to Atomic in the first place. I’m so excited to continue to grow alongside these incredibly talented Atoms and share my creative lens whenever I can!
