There's something deeply satisfying about watching a well-architected system come to life—seeing the pieces click into place, the data flow smoothly, and knowing it's built to scale. That's what drives me.I earned my B.S. in Computer Science from Michigan State University in 2018, and since then I've spent over seven years building cloud-native solutions and IoT systems across startups and enterprises. Throughout my career, I've developed IoT cloud platforms, worked on retail e-commerce systems, and built scalable backend services in the cloud. I've worked extensively in AWS and Azure, designing event-driven data pipelines and containerized microservices using infrastructure-as-code.
What I love most about this work is the puzzle of optimization—making solutions faster, more reliable, and more elegant. I'm the type of person who gets genuinely excited about documentation, automated tests, and a clean CI/CD pipeline. I believe great software isn't just functional; it's maintainable, observable, and built with intention.
At Atomic, I've found a team that shares that philosophy. I love being part of a culture where everyone is constantly learning, growing, and challenging each other to get better. It keeps the work exciting and pushes me to stay sharp. When I'm not coding, you'll find me camping, snowboarding, or at home with my two cats, Hazel and Ivy, and my snake Nagini.
