As Atomic Object’s Senior Technical Recruiter, my role is to build relationships within the communities we’re in and help identify and hire talented makers across all our offices. I am passionate about building authentic connections and serving as the bridge between potential candidates and Atomic. I enjoy the process of partnering with hiring managers to identify the needs on their team and matching those to the strengths and career aspirations of future Atoms.

I was drawn to Atomic because of the strong culture of collaboration and ownership. I take pride in sharing with candidates the things that make Atomic a unique and exciting place to work.

I have a B.A. in Organizational Studies and Psychology from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!). Before joining Atomic, I spent the last seven years recruiting for companies in the software industry. I love that the world of software is constantly changing and evolving. I have helped teams hire everyone from software engineers to agronomists!

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my son and husband and going on adventures. I am always up for trying new things, whether that is a new food or learning a new board game.
