I'm a third generation builder. Growing up, I spent weekends with my dad and grandfather building custom furniture and cabinets. Before a single board was cut, I watched them ask the right questions to really understand how their clients needed to interact with their space. These design lessons from the built world shaped my approach to work from a young age.
Professionally, I have spent 10+ years in Product Management, with experience across large enterprises and small, scrappy startups. As Delivery Lead at Atomic Object, I help designers, engineers, and clients align on a shared understanding of the problem that needs to be solved, then work with the team to bring the solution to life.I thrive in spaces where the answers aren't fully formed, and love the creative challenge of finding the right solution to hard problems. As a former Atomic Object client myself, I've seen the value that a highly collaborative team of experts can bring to a project.I hold an undergraduate degree in Economics from Grand Valley State University, and a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Michigan State University.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Jenna, and our two greyhounds, Ophelia and Artemis. I also never travel anywhere without a deck of cards.
