Hi, I’m
.
From a very early age I always knew I wanted my career to be rooted in creativity. I grew up around the arts, whether that be photography, sculpting, or music, so it felt natural to turn that into a path in design.
After graduating from Columbia College of Chicago with a BA in Graphic Design, I started my career as an in-house designer. During that time, I began to realize that design doesn’t really have a single medium, it’s a way of thinking. I spent my nights teaching myself animation and finding ways to bring motion and interactivity into otherwise static work. That curiosity eventually led me to product design.
What drew me in was the balance. Product design sits at the intersection of complex problem-solving and human empathy. It’s an opportunity to advocate for users while also creating something practical, functional, and beautiful.
I believe the best-designed products are the ones you don’t notice. When something feels intuitive, seamless, almost invisible, that’s when you know it’s working. My goal is to design experiences that get out of the user’s way, allowing them to focus on their end goal.
When I’m not nerding out over design or moonlighting as an amateur animator, I’m usually in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes and cuisines to share with my wife. I’m also a pretty average golfer and the proud companion of Delilah, my moderately well-behaved corgi.
