As a designer, my goal is to find solutions to problems that are simple, creative and excite users and stakeholders alike. I’ve worked across a range of industries on projects that have taken me from wind farms to manufacturing facilities. No matter how complex a domain might seem, I believe the best solutions start with talking to users.
I’ve worked for many years as a Product Designer although my career didn’t start there. Like many I’ve had a unique path to UX including a BA in International Affairs, various side projects and a role in a Public Sector focused client center. These experiences shaped my user centric approach and led me to pursue my MS in Human Computer Interaction Design.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, gardening and finding new places to explore with my dog. You can also find me watching sports, rooting for certain NY/NJ teams as well as any UNC team now that I call NC home.
