I bring calm to chaos. I hold a master's degree in Threat and Response Management from the University of Chicago, and a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago. 

I’ve had a fun and winding path of work experience: teaching high school mathematics, nonprofit crisis response and disaster relief, project management, and cybersecurity. I’m thrilled to be a Delivery Lead at Atomic so I can continue working with clients across industries and products.

I’m a huge fan of systems thinking for problem solving. I enjoy studying the structures of people and processes that work together to achieve a goal. When systems are out of sync with their intended goal, I look for leverage points that deliver big impact with minimal effort. Above all, I'm passionate about leaving things a little better than I found them.

Outside of work you can find me making pastries at my local bakery, on the water with my rowing team, and road tripping with my husband and daughter.
