As Managing Partner of the Raleigh office, my focus is on creating an environment for our clients and teams to find success. Working with my colleague, Ryan Abel, we provide pre-project consulting for clients looking to use tech to amplify their mission and then match them with a talented team of designers, developers, and delivery leads to make it happen.

I have a background in Experience Design, working with enterprises, start-ups, and non-profits to navigate complex challenges and create meaningful experiences. With a focus on human-centered design and research, I work with diverse teams to ensure that what we’re building, and why, are centered around who we’re designing for.

Outside of work, I find joy in doing archery, gardening and the outdoors, reading a book, and simply spending time with friends and family.
