I have relied upon two foundational tenets throughout my career in pharmaceutical, healthcare, a technology non-profit, government, and civic roles. The first is servant leadership as I believe success is achieved by bringing out the greatness in others. In essence one must serve to lead. The second I discovered when completing a StrenghFinders assessment, specifically my Arranger strength to anticipate needs, connect the dots, and then navigate through the grey to help uncover optimal ways for the team to proceed. These tenets are ones I continue to draw upon in my current role as Software Consultant & Delivery Lead in the Raleigh/Durham office.

In my previous marketing and sales leadership roles I’ve had the privilege of working alongside teammates on many project teams to launch products along the continuum of conception to implementation to life-cycle management. I balance innovative strategic decision-making coupled with excellent execution and attention to detail. And I always strive to do so with a customer-centric focus and team-before-self mantra.

Outside of the office, you’ll find me spending time with my family. My wife and I met when we were undergraduates at NC State where I studied Economics and Political Science. My oldest son earned his MBA there too. And my youngest son is carrying on the Wolfpack tradition as a college student. GO PACK! We also enjoy vacationing in the mountains of North Carolina where I find enjoyment exploring sites on the Blue Ridge Parkway and fly fishing on the Watauga River.
