As a Managing Partner of Atomic’s Chicago office, my focus is on supporting our team and empowering them to deliver exceptional products for our clients.

I am passionate about mentoring and coaching others. My path to Atomic has not been linear, and I can’t say I started writing software when I was 9 years old. However, the journey itself has taught me more than any single job could have, and I wouldn’t change it for anything.

At school, I studied pre-medicine, English, and Spanish. I’ve spent time working in education and at an investor relations firm. Eventually, I fell in love with technology and shifted my career to focus on software. I’ve worked for design agencies, SaaS and product companies, and consultancies. This broad experience helps me understand the needs and realities of our clients, and has also shown me all that is possible with an aligned team and the right software.

I have a dry sense of humor and dabble in photography. Outside of work, my husband and I love traveling and are determined to see as much of the world with our son as we can.
