I started my software career as a product designer over 13 years ago, then moved into project management not long after. I later discovered product management was a delightful meld between the two, and I've now spent the last 5-6 years leading product teams. Nothing warms my heart quite so much as helping gather and prioritize user feedback in a way that makes it actionable for engineers who can make their dreams come true.

My software experience is mostly within organizations that rely on Agile methodologies, and I value good communication with clients and pragmatic solutions over rigid adherence to plans that no longer match reality. I love to learn and understand new people and new subject matter domains, and I've succeeded at this in both startups and large-scale enterprises over the past two decades. I nerd out over business and behavioral analytics, and prioritize data-driven decision-making whenever possible.

When I'm not on the clock, you'll find me hanging out on the beaches of Michigan’s Great Lakes, visiting microbreweries, or adventuring in the great outdoors with my husband.
